  • Begin with: "True friends...", "A real friend should...", or "Friendship means..."
  • Use at least one adjective in every rule
  • Think about what Hans and the Miller needed to learn

📋 Tip: Copy your rules to paper or a poster board. Decorate it with colors, drawings, or symbols that represent friendship!

Step 5: Present Your Code

🎤 Presentation Guidelines:

  • The speaker presents all 5 rules to the class (2-3 minutes)
  • Speak clearly and with confidence
  • Explain why you chose these rules
  • Connect at least one rule to "The Devoted Friend"

👂 While Listening to Other Groups:

  • Note which rule you think is most important
  • Think about which rule Hans needed most
  • Consider which rule the Miller should have followed

💬 Discussion Questions:

  • Which rule do you agree with the most? Why?
  • Which rule could Hans have learned from?
  • Which rule could the Miller have learned from?
  • What happens when friends don't follow these rules?
